"Decent size suite for Japan standards. Sofa beds not made up, are small (for a tall family) and very firm. However overall a nice suite. Staff extremely helpful and kind, when we lost my sons phone, even posted it to Niseko for us. Property close to train station but could benefit from being more central to more restaurants and site seeing."

"The staff at the Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo were sooo kind. The entire hotel was clean. Our room had all the amenities we needed. The hotel was located in a quiet and safe area close to multiple train stations. There was a 7 eleven, Starbucks and many local restaurants nearby. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel. "
"Clean hotel on the area and the staff is amazing they helped me greatly when I needed it. If I could give more stars I would. I had a problem with a tour booked and they helped me solve it! Very grateful."
