"The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, we were expecting crowded area, little options, but the food was good. Lots of different choices. We didn’t go to the pool area at all, but the hotel was clean, staff extremely friendly. I would just say they needed more shuttle options to Disney. "

"The only complaint was check-in. Check-in time is 3pm. I checked in on-line early (7am) and went to Epcot. Came back and verified in person around 1pm. At 3pm a room was not ready. 3:30p room was still not ready. Room was not ready until about 3:50pm. For the cost of a Disney deluxe resort your room should be ready at the advertised check-in time. To their credit a manager was apologetic and took steps to minimize the inconvenience. Other than the room not being ready the hotel was beautiful. Beautiful and easy walk to the Magic Kingdom if you want the peace and quiet of the nature walk. Being on the monorail track is also very convenient. Staff at all locations were very friendly and always smiling."
