Nick at the motel worked it out even though they were full, so I had a comfortable room when I arrived. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff is amazing. I'll definitely stay again. "For the price, this Hyatt does not deliver. Ice machines inoperative, room refrigerator leaked. Musty smell in room. Suite rooms very small. No in house restaurant. Staff were great, but overall, a very poor delivery for the price. We chose this Hyatt because it was more expensive than other local area hotels and assumed it would deliver based on the brand and price. It failed to deliver. Felt like the exact same delivery we could have gotten for $100 less a night."

"Will not stay here again. The smell of Pot was overwhelming in the Lobby, Hallway and my "non smoking" room as well. For a $200 a night price tag this hotel location is not worth it and needs to be cleaned up. It is ridiculous to spend money at a name brand hotel and be subjected to the overwhelming pot odor. You can do better."

"Breakfast was very poor. They used plastic utensils, there were no plates or forks to use. People were having to eat their breakfast such as scrambled eggs, bacon with a spoon in a bowl. This is not the standard expected in a Hampton Inn hotel. They should never have run out of utensils and why do they use plastic utensils rather than China/proper cutlery. This was not acceptable. "
