"The room was clean and the front desk ladies were wonderful! The shuttle service driver was so rude I took a lift to get back to the hotel. I misunderstood that they only dropped at one place downtown and he first accused the desk attendant of misrepresenting the service and when I said no I must have just misunderstood he wouldn’t answer me. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Couldn't have asked for a better home base in Charleston! Our stay at Hilton Vacation Club King 583 exceeded our expectations! From the moment we pulled up, the valet staff made arrival seamless and stress-free. The front desk team was wonderfully warm and provided great hospitality. Our room was immaculate and super clean, and the courtyard was a quiet, charming oasis right in the middle of the city. Being steps away from everything on King Street made exploring Charleston so easy. We...

"Communication was very bad, it needs to be fixed bathroom was not well maintained, rug was dirty, Breakfast was not good. It’s was never said I have to pay parking, it was advertised for &69, I end up paying 100 plus parking, it needs to be clarified before they change. I ask front desk , if parking is included, he said yes , as soon as in my room . I saw the charge."

"Room was hot and limited hot water"

"Excellent location, nice room and wonderful services at breakfast, happy hour, and late snack"

"Excellent location with beautiful rooms!"

"The room was clean and comfortable A little bit lower the bed but comfortable mattress. The noise outside on always with the guest talking for longer time late was not pleasant. Should be a good manners to let them know the guess like to sleep and not make any noise after 10:00 pm. Should be addressed to the management."
