"Room was clean, no visible parking and noone to ask when returning with the car at 11.30pm. Took 20minutes to check in because the boss wasnt around and he wanted cash until I refused to go to a cash machine. Felt sorry for the lady as it wasnr her fault, just lazy boss. "

"All staff was very helpful sam , linda and gemma are so lovely. The room was clean and well decorated but only let down was i could hear traffic from 5am. The bed was lovely super comfy. So still got good nights sleep Ample parking in it's own carpark. I think it's more og a personal preference nut the eggs and bacon wss little overcooked but a great selection to choose from. Buffet style . We had dinner in the bar fantastic food the fish was very meaty and chips tasted proper homemade definitely value for money "

"Really big, lovely clean rooms. Fantastic value for money and breakfast was superb. We stayed for a concert at Co op Live which was a 15 minute taxi ride away. Highly recommend and would definitely stop again."

"Room was stunning plenty of room to move about. Staff at reception came straight up with 2 more pillows. Ideal location & so quiet. Definitely stay again. Only negative i could say is could do with some chopped up fruit for yoghurt & some bacon"

"We stayed in one of the shepherds’ huts and it was fantastic - beautiful hot shower, really useful kitchen facilities and perfect accommodation for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The staff were all so welcoming and the light breakfast in the dining room the next morning of toast and cereal with fresh filter coffee, tea and juice was just enough to set us up for the day. Would highly recommend!"

"The room & bedding were very clean. Beds are quite hard but ok for our 1 night stay. No lift available but we were only on the 2nd floor with not much luggage. Quite a distance from city centre, about a £15 uber ride, but we booked late so not much other availability in that price range. Reception staff very nice & helpful. Overall a satisfactory stay."
