"The staff is always wonderful - so polite, so fun. The night time valet sucked but the daytime guy was super sweet and always had our car waiting downstairs, on time. The room itself was spotless clean and beautifully decorated. This will always be my go to hotel when visiting family in Memphis. "

"We’ve stayed at various hotels in Memphis over the past 35 years, and this was our very favorite! The room was awesome, had a bay window that looked over the street and windows down the entry that let in a lot of light. The bathroom was large, well-appointed, and the shower was a great larger size with a great showerhead. The bed was comfortable as well. We’ve stayed at the Peabody even, and this was better! Loved the bar. The hot chicken was fabulous, and the breakfast was also delicious. Check out the first floor restroom and push the button for a fun experience! Will definitely stay here next time we are in Memphis. "
