"Room was nice, what we needed before a morning flight. We were able to park our rental car out front. Only 10 minutes drive to airport. We opted to book breakfast on check-in for a much lower price than the day of. We also ate dinner at the hotel since it was easy after a long travel day and restaurant was open relatively early (for Spain). Right next to a train station, easy access into Central Santander. "

"After a very long day hiking the Camino I discovered I had made a mistake with our booking. Raquel at reception was incredibly helpful and did an amazing job of sorting it all out while we had a beer on the terrace! "

"A little hard to find. Google maps was not accurate. A nice lady showed us the way. The hotel is lovely and the breakfast was a great start to the day. Staff do not speak English. No one at front desk, but was able to text using Whatsapp and was not a problem. Downloaded their self check in. Nice getaway from the larger centers. Booked another night!"

Delicious food and the chef was very nice and he came out to check if we wanted everything we ordered, as he was concerned we might have ordered too much Breakfast at the hotel was plentiful and good. "What’s the difference between a 2 star or a 3 star hotel? For us this was 3 star. Clean and comfortable, nice bathroom. The hotel is connected to a very popular restaurant . The breakfast was served in the restaurant and there were a mix of hotel guests and locals. The location was in the pedestrian area. We thought this stay was good and good value for money."

"Really nice room in a very central location. The staff were amazingly helpful & allowed me to not only drop off my bags at 10am so I could go exploring but I also checked in aboit 2 hours early too. The doors are all operated through an app or a code so you can come & go as you please & the bed is comfy & spacious. There's also a lovely big rainfall shower & the cleaning staff are helpful & friendly too. Would highly recommend."
