"We booked this hotel on a half board basis. When we sat down to dinner the waiter said we could not have half board. He was incredibly rude and it was embarrassing. Finally, after checking our booking he relented and said we could choose one course only from the menu. Do not book this hotel, the customer service was unforgivable."

    "Super clean room, very comfortable beds, all amenities provided. Reception was super helpful: we asked for wake up call and booked us private van for airport, also asked them to supply us with breakfast bags before weleft which they had ready for us to take. Hotel very modern and very practical, just 5 min walk to station, which you can easily take a 10 min train to central Venice."
