The hotel staff were accommodating when we asked for a topper to make the bed less hard and additional pillows. The room was exceptionally warm. The room was clean and furnished modernly. The downtown core is not easily accessible by foot from the hotel. We wanted to walk, but it was quite difficult. Dinner in the restaurant was good, however the chef seemed to strike fear into the server who would run (even when in the midst of taking an order) whenever the bell rang. She seemed terrorized and this made the dinner a bit less enjoyable. Breakfasts were standard for the type of hotel.

The hotels staff were very helpful in arranging transport and advising us on the surrounding places to visit. The room was very large, comfortable and very spacious bathroom could not fault anything.

Nice Hotel

The room was very nice however the conditioning must have been turned off as the room was very warm during the night. It was nice to have underground parking as it rained while we were there. The breakfast buffet was good however the evening meal was not and service was slow.
