Difficult to find fault with the hotel or the staff. Very clean and our room on the first floor was quiet and superbly furnished. Despite arriving late in the evening due to a flight delay our check in was quick and informative. Food in the Sans Souci was very good and again all of the restaurant staff were attentive and extremely helpful - we ate in the restaurant one evening and had a very enjoyable meal.

Things I loved: - The staff were all wonderful and helpful, both on the hotel reception and in Chez Bernard. - The shower had excellent pressure and temperature - The bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely stay at Das Tigra, conveniently located to city centre . The breakfast was excellent .The only unfortunate thing was the Chambermaid staff did not pay attention to detail, eg requested non feather bedding but feather pillows were on the bed, Tea and hair products were not replaced daily.The cleaning of the bathroom was not up to standard. However the front of house staff were very attentive and remedied the issues . I would return if these issues are addressed.

Our stay at Hotel Josefine was great from start to finish. The hotel has a unique, curated atmosphere, with thoughtful details throughout. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. They had thrown in a personal touch for our stay because we mentioned we had recently gotten married. Everything was spotless, and the location was very convenient, close to the Tube. A truly special hotel that we would highly recommend for a memorable stay in Vienna!

This hotel was a bit expensive because Vienna is an expensive town! However, the service and the cleaniness of the place were perfect. The hotel was well placed too and the rooms were well insulated, so we could not hear any noise. The breakfast was delicious too. The staff even brought us a special cake to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you to them! Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel!
