"The room wasn’t fully clean, the hot tub water wasn’t clean the foam was a grey color, the fridge door was broken and the fridge was missing the nozzle that’s used to change the temperature of the fridge. "

"The entire property felt like it wasn’t level, the room slanted in the middle, the carpeting was ripped and disgusting. Furniture and fixtures were outdated and very worn. Overall, just a terrible hotel. Would not stay again…ever."

"This property was pretty nice. Great location - I could walk to my relative's home. The only downside was the pillows were really flat."

"The hotel was in a prime location to allowing easy access to explore the China Town. It was also in close enough distance to the event we were there for at the McCormick place which allowed us to take a quick bus ride there. The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and professional and we definitely would stay again and reccomend. There are full size Shampoo, Conditioner, bodywash, lotion and handsoap creating convinience. The bed was comfortable and on the firmer side but still soft enough for comfort. There was no Parking lot or ramp for vehicles at this hotel but there is a public parking lot for a fee down the block and there is free street parking. It gets pretty busy in the evening so finding free street parking was a challange but still manageble. Would stay again in the future for sure. "
