"The best parts of this hotel are the location and the attached restaurant. Well cared for. The rooms are a little bit on the smaller side. Our room had a step up into the bathroom. "I had an issue before arriving and ended up on crutches and in a wheelchair. Staff were super accommodating and helpful to switch us rooms and help us out at check in and check out!! Will stay again for sure"

"This is our go to place while we are in Victoria, quiet and understated with a terrific morning cafe for coffee each morning. The Aura restaurant is wonderful they do everything well breakfast, lunch and dinner, make sure to try their cocktails especially the Salted Caramel Old fashion. Cheers"
