"Our first night was terrible. Complained about no heat, but staff at desk said only to raise the thermostat to 27C. It did not work! For the second night again no heat. This time the lady at the desk came and adjusted the controls so we enjoyed a comfortable evening."

"We had a constant ringing in our room and could not get the tv working. No ice on our floor. The fellow that came to our room finally got the tv working but could not understand English. He could not get the remote working and didn’t know what I was asking about the ice machine. The mgr at the desk came up and could not fix the remote and didn’t understand about the constant ringing. "When I arrived, the air conditioning wasn’t on. The remote wouldn’t work so I had to manually turn it on. The breakfast was good. Having real plates is really appreciated. All staff were friendly. "
