An amazing stay for our 25th wedding anniversary. The hotel staff could not be more accommodating and we truly felt the 5 star experience here. Sadly, on our anniversary we were not able to stay in our room during the day as they had routine electrical maintenance which meant we could not use any water or power until 4.30pm, which would have been nice to know about before we travelled and before requesting breakfast in our room. But we understand this could not be helped.

Great hotel in Venice. Situated in a nice quiet locality, but only minutes from the main route between the railway station and St Marks square, about 15mins walk to each. Also ideal for the waterbus back to the airport. Good breakfast with various options and also great complimentary refreshments and snacks from early afternoon until evening. Staff very efficient and friendly and extremely knowledgeable regarding our queries about Venice.

We had an excellent relaxing break in this lovely hotel, made special by the excellent service of the staff. We could spend time watching the boats on the lagoon from the windows of our room. This hotel is in an excellent location right across the street from a main transport hub for Venice. The last stop for all buses and ground transport and a main hub for all water transport. The hotel was newly-opened only a month before our stay so everything was as you would expect, brand new and in excellent condition. Fantastic stay, hotel could not have been more helpful organising an airport to hotel transfer after landing at Marco Polo early in the morning. Flowers and fizz in the suite for our anniversary and fantastic breakfast whilst watching gondolas outside. Only a short walk to Saint Marks Square but surrounded by great restaurants and a short walk to Rialto Bridge and the water transfer direct to the Terminal… what more can you want..
