"Property is in an excellent central location. Windows opened to a beautiful view of the canal. Loved how big it was for the price. Easy to self check in and property was clean and modern."

"Such an unforgettable room on the canal with gondolas and singing right outside your balcony. It must have been renovated very recently...decor and furnishings were impeccable."

Lovely rooms, very comfortable, quiet and clean. It was the perfect option for an escape to Venice. The service was amazing. The location was perfect to explore different parts of Venice, close to shops and loads of restaurants (big & small). I totally recommend it.

Fantastic stay, hotel could not have been more helpful organising an airport to hotel transfer after landing at Marco Polo early in the morning. Flowers and fizz in the suite for our anniversary and fantastic breakfast whilst watching gondolas outside. Only a short walk to Saint Marks Square but surrounded by great restaurants and a short walk to Rialto Bridge and the water transfer direct to the Terminal… what more can you want..

Chiara and her team were very welcoming and happy to help you in any way. Lovely old building with view over the canal and just a short walk to all the main attractions.

Pretty single room overlooking the Rialto Bridge, very comfortable. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Other staff the same. Entrance foyer is upmarket but the hallways to bedrooms could do with a freshen up. I really enjoyed my stay.

The communication from the Numa team was ideal and through WhatsApp/ the Numa app - it was clear and easy to follow.
The room was ideal, location was central and ideal for our stay. The room was clean and facilities clean and useful. Toilet and bathroom area was on the tighter side and could be an issue for larger guests.
The rooms were not cleaned daily - didn’t matter for us as only stayed for two nights - although additional towels and toiletries were available if required. Laundry room...

Stayed here a year ago and wanted to go back. Centrally placed for La Fenice, St Marks Square, The Vaparetto and many restaurants and cafes. The staff are polite and nothing is too much trouble. The room temperature was a bit too warm for us and they did offer to move us to a cooler room but we just opened a window. The room was cleaned to a high spec and was comfortable for us.We spent our evenings in the bar after dinner where the drinks are reasonably priced. The wifi connection is excellent...

This was my second visit to the hotel. It is ideally located close to St Mark's Square. The hotel is full of character but also has up to date facilities. The staff, without exception, are polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent.

Perfect location! Right by San Marco square and everything else around 10 min walk. Supermarket right next door open until late and Gelato shop very close by. Room was smaller than expected but was cute and vintage vibes and comfy bed which looked onto the canal. Good selection for breakfast, chocolate croissant was my personal fave! Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Venice. X

Fantastic Hotel. Room 506 was very large. Great breakfast - All meats were tasty with a good choice of breakfast including Prosecco.
Rialto House is on an alley just off the main street. very convenient with access to rear of hotel from Alley.
Unfortunately some people during Saturday/eve seemed to use it as a toilet and the smell was terrible by the time we left on Monday. No effort to wash this down was made which would have helped. It did look that this washing down had been done in the...

This was the best hotel we have stayed in - and we have had multiple trips to Venice. Faultless in every respect. Close enough to St Mark’s for sightseeing, but far enough away to be peaceful. One minute away from Ristorante da Roberto - a long time favourite for good food at reasonable prices. And the hotel has a lift too.
Can’t wait to go back.
