Great location and easy to find right off the Grand Canal! Easy walk from Ferrovia or taking the optimal Vaporetto 1 stop to Rivia De Basio! Extremely convenient location and quiet and safe even when coming home very late after dinners. We stayed with our 2 young children and the room was very spacious and private for us to enjoy the 2 nights here! Would definitely recommend Laura and team here. They also provided great suggestions for getting to airport easily after the General Strike on the day we were leaving. Quick walk to Piazelle Roma as well!

First time living in a b&b and it was an amazing 2 day experience! Thank you for keeping our luggage at your place! The breakfast was delightful! This was a perfect spot do our family of four (children ages 5 and 8.) Easily accessible from the train station and within steps of a water bus stop. The hostess is absolutely lovely and incredibly thoughtful and helpful. The room we stayed in was enormous with a huge bathroom and all of the amenities you could possibly desire. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
