"The hotel itself is great, staff was amazing. While I liked the area and the noise did not bother me, it is a bit far from touristy things to walk but taxis are readily available and street noise is present even in your room, or at least it was in room 448. The room was extremely large, matters was comfy, water pressure in the shower was fantastic, mini bar had ample selections and room service is 24/7. Felt very safe inside with multiple layers of security. "
"The staff are kind. For example, when I hung out the laundry in the room in the morning, they left the fan running so that it would dry well. But there is no excessive service. There are various types of breakfast. The linen is clean. The linen is getting old, so I think it would be more comfortable if it was changed. I appreciate the kindness during my stay. It is my home in Mumbai. I will come to stay again."
