Service & Hospitality A view this good can sometimes make a hotel complacent, but the staff here are the true stars. From the warm greeting at check-in to the waiting staff it was such a friendly feel. They seem to anticipate what you need before you even ask, making the entire stay feel seamless and personalised. Food The breakfast included in the price was delicious, pastries, coffee, juices, yogurts, and cooked items. We dined here the 1st night due to the weather preventing us going much further and the meal was one of the best ive ever had. I would and already have recommended this hotel to others. We stayed in a room which did not have a lake view but it was clean and comfortable and I would stay again in a heartbeat."

"The property was beautiful and the staff was excellent. The spa was not open all day only 4 to 8. The breakfast was exceptional. I would go back. The spa was immaculate as was the rest of the hotel. My only issue was that the room was too warm and there was no way to cool it down except open the slider with no screen."
