"We had the exclusief appartement, that was to the back, and that was really nice and silent. The complex is a bit more up the mountain and not that "next" to the water/center what was perfect for us! (more silence). And even then everything in near you, supermarket at walking distance, or just a 5-10 min drive to the river. Plenty of restaurants, hikes, activities to do. Rooms where nice and spacious, kitchen was equipped with all you needed. And it was clean. There is a parking garage below...

Il fesait quand meme frais lors de notre sejour et la chambre etait humide (il n’y a pas de ventilateur dans la salle de bain) et avons eu un peu de mal a faire monter la chaleur, mais au bout de qqes heures ca s’est placé. La vue est magnifique, hotel tres propre. Je recommande."

This inn is located in a fully functional farmhouse and vineyard, perched high on the slopes of Douro Valley mountains offering picture perfect views. We stayed in a room with river views and a plunge pool- it was beyond gorgeous. The facilities are immaculately maintained. The restaurant served great meals all through our stay including good options for a vegetarian in our party. The winery produces excellent...
