"Despite turning up in biker gear I was welcomed warmly by the lady on reception. The breakfast options were explained and I went to the room. The room was clean and had a good array of bits and pieces, 2 small waters, dental care kit etc, a hairdryer with additional bits I don’t know the use for being A; male and B; bald. "Great location, easy accessible by public tram, and easy walk to old town, with good restaurants and good sightseeing. The Florida park across for hotel added benefit. The hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful in assisting with the planning of our daily activities. Would definitely return. "

"Lovely quiet county retreat. The staff were so nice and food delicious. Wonderful area for hiking but note that wooded walks only straight from the hotel. Only a short drive to get to more open hiking. Great towns nearby too."

"Cuando vamos a Vitoria nos solemos alojar ahí, habitación tipo apartamento muy espaciosas, modenas y cómodas. Alrededor es una zona residencial, y si quieres comer o cenar tienes que coger el coche. Pero en 10 minutos estas en el centro."
