Our train was cancelled and they came to pick us up at Bandai Altima at a cost which was terrific. There actually is a bus from Koriyama to the Ski Resort however the bus station seemed unable to tell us that. It would have been good information from Reitopia also. "Absolutely wonderful service! From the moment we got out of our taxi to the moment we got on the bus to leave, the people who run the place where amazingly welcoming! They got out into the snow to greet us and instantly warmed us with a cup of tea in the anteroom. They attended to our every need, and when they heard that we hadn't had dinner, they insisted on cooking us a small meal for free even though as a business, the place doesn't offer any meal service. "If you are looking to experience how Japanese travel, sleep on tatami rooms and eat a good selection of Japanese food. Then this hotel is a good choice. Your room includes a breakfast and dinner buffetes and most people wear the colorful yukata provided by the hotel. The property is a bit out of date but the public bath is quite nice. Transportation into the city is limited and taxi is about $20 USD"
