The bathroom basin was badly cracked and the bath plug had been replaced with one that was significantly smaller, meaning that I couldn't fill a bath, as the water ran out as fast as the tap was filling it. I had also asked for a quiet room and was assured that I was away from the road, but the traffic noise kept me awake until the early hours."
