Eastwell Manor is simply a stunning property with a beautiful building. We were unable to avail ourselves of any of the spa options, but there are many. We enjoyed our time immensely. Both evenings we dined in the bar, which has an extremely limited menu. If we had one complaint that would probably be the one. The staff was extremely accommodating.

Best hotel in Kent

This is probably one of the best hotels in the UK certainly in Kent. I’ve been going here for now over 20 years the staff of fantastic The place has just an awesome atmosphere well recommended

Lovely service and nice night away! Pool facilities just lacked a bit of TLC, shampoo fallen off of wall in showers, sauna useable, hooks and some lockers broken in changing rooms. Breakfast was lovely and warm welcome upon check in and checkout. Would return but do not believe it to be worth the money paid.

The grounds and main building are lovely but it’s worth noting that the accommodation bought on Expedia was not in the main building but a modern building on the same site. After initial teething problems with the room we enjoyed our overnight stay. The weather was beautiful enabling use of the outdoor pool which was a very relaxing area compared to the busy indoor spa facilities. The restaurant was fabulous for dinner and breakfast.

I stayed here as a birthday treat for my partner, however with the amount i paid for the room around £200 i did not expect the last persons hair on the bathroom floor, mould in the shower, a bathtub that doesnt drain, mould around the edges of the bathroom. I asked for a fridge so keep champagne cold and got delivered a broken one, nd when i phone and politley informed them of this i did not get a replacement. Upon leaving i was going to mention all these things but the receptionist was already flustered due to abother couple complaining so i didnt want to add this in too as it is down to whoever hires the cleaning employees not the receptionist. I wouldnt stay here again especially for that money. However the food in the restuaraunt gardenia was amazing and i would dine there again! So maybe just go for a massage and dinner then stay at a nice premier inn.

This has to be one of my favourite hotels only coming here for over 20 years. The young lady in reception yesterday was absolutely outstanding. She couldn’t Have been more cooperative and helpful. It’s always delight to come to Eastwell. I recommend coming here. It is a outstanding place the staff friendly and they put so much effort into making your stay perfect

Quite good

Initially we had a problem with our room but the staff dealt with it very well and we were moved to another room. Overall we found the staff very helpful and efficient. Our first breakfast was in the spa and service there was slow. Eastwell Manor is a beautiful building in a beautiful setting. We felt our stay there was good but yet there were a number of things that could be improved on and managed more efficiently. It’s worth a visit though despite this.

Main hotel building is beautiful and the bar service in the evening was good. At breakfast on a Saturday morning, there didn’t seem to be enough staff helping serve a busy restaurant. We stayed in the Mews Cottages, overall the value for money was good; however, the rooms need some work to maintain them. The windows didn’t close properly, meaning the bathroom was very cold and the television didn’t work.

Eastwell manor made our first trip to Europe a memorable and magical experience. The grounds are breathtaking. Axle and Shelby were extremely helpful. They both went the extra mile to help us. Shelby helped with our accommodations and Axle helped us get taxis, gave us information on the train, and made our adventure go off splendidly! We are going to miss waking up with the smells of flowers, the birds singing, and eating breakfast while looking out over the gardens.

Disappointing service

Grounds are stunning, room comfortable but couldn’t get WiFi chrome cast to work - frustrating. Service in bar shocking, everyone was complaining. Was given a pizza that did not have correct ingredients on it as per menu, kitchen had decided to improvise due to having run out of ingredients without any communication. Not to be awkward but my son didn’t want a pizza smothered in gherkins as he doesn’t like them. This is not ok, especially if someone were to have allergies! No apology or acceptance of mistake. Distinct absence of customer care. Staff at breakfast good.
