"This is a beautiful hotel! It’s new and very clean and is in a prime location. You are literally right at the Romford train station on the Elizabeth Line. You can also walk outside and be walking distance to shops, restaurants and even a shopping center. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom mirror had the lights behind it and not above it so it was like putting my makeup on in the dark. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!"
"Only stayed the night for me and my son, Martin was very helpful and very chatty, a really nice chap , very pleasant room perfect for the price and needs we had , great location and will definetly return there for London visits as it's about a mile from station too"
"Wonderful hotel and friendly staff. Really enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. The breakfast was delicious and it wasn’t the usual buffett, they seat you down and there is breakfast menu, place the order and they make it fresh which was a wonderful experience. "What made our eight day stay so good was the entire staff ,they were excellent, the front office were exceptional as was the restaurant staff and bar staff .Nothing was too much trouble , they went above and beyond every day. To make our visit memorable. The only criticism was the shower , although modern and large the shower floor was very ,very slippery."
