"The room was brilliant, beds very comfortable, the receptionists were great! Phone from room wasn't getting through to reception. The pool and jacuzzi water did not look particularly clean when I used them. I would also add that I found one of the male restaurant workers to come across quite cold and even though I speak Spanish fluently, he kept frowning at me and replying in English. No issues in this sense with any other team member. Apart from this, a wonderful hotel experience and I would certainly return! :)"

"Let me preface by saying that I had stayed at 3 different hotels in Chile before arriving into Courtyard. By far, the most complicated and shady placed I stayed in. Taxes: upon arrival I was charged taxes (again) even though I showed that in my receipt the taxes had already been paid off. Breakfast: they had posters all over the hotel showing that the breakfast time was between 6am - 10:30pm. I went to eat at 10:00am. At first, I was told breakfast time was over and I could order at an extra fee from their menu. when I inquired about they time advertised, they insisted that I was wrong. I had to pull out a picture of the posters, the Bonvoy the Expedia apps to show them that in all 3 of them they advertised the ending of breakfast at 10:30am. Only then they agreed to let me eat. Airport Shuttle: I requested the free shuttle service from and to the airport. Booking it a bit of a hustle. I had to call 3 times to the hotel because the number they had online did not work. The staff at the hotel cannot make a reservation for you either. Turns out the number was wrong. Once you have the right number, you only text them through WhatsApp. The drivers were great and on time. Super friendly. Following my last point, I went to the front desk to confirm my pick up time. Tell me why 4 staff members (front desk, cleaner, security guard, and other person) were all looking at my file and my personal info. Isn't that just the job of the front desk person?"

"I stayed here for 3 days at the end of my first trip To Chile. Everything was delightful! Dennis was a friendly server and the rest of the staff were all great! The Pisco sours at the bar are very authentic! My only complaint was that the steakhouse steak was too tough. It wasn’t at the hand of the chef, I think that management should reevaluate the quality of the meat being served. I paid something like $40 for an Argentine steak with high expectations only to be disappointed. Lastly, the room and beds are so comfortable! The breakfast is very good and again THE SERVICE IS WONDERFUL! I would definitely stay here again on my return to Santiago Chile!"

"I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Santiago de Chile. The cleanliness was outstanding—everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout my visit. The staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to help with anything I needed, making the experience even more enjoyable. One of the things I appreciated the most was how safe I felt during my stay. The environment is very secure, which gave me peace of mind whether I was inside the hotel or coming back late. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santiago. It offers great service, a clean atmosphere, and a strong sense of safety—definitely a 5-star experience!"

"Hotel is centrally located and within walking distance from major attractions in the Center of Santiago, also close to M stations. Hotel has historic charm, which I appreciate, but could make good use of a face-lift (painting and furniture primarily). Breakfast is limited and slowly served in the morning; it needs improvement in the way it is handled. Reception staff were very helpful and internet connection is strong."
