"We had a great stay at Mythos Luxury Suites. The location was perfect with everything within walking distance. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a kitchen. We stayed twice, once before our cruise and again when we returned, and both rooms were excellent, one with an amazing Acropolis view and the other with a cool street view. The hostess was wonderful and met us right on time for both stays."

"You can find absolutley everything around the accommodation, there’s a supermarket around the corner, lots of places to eat, shops and the Adriano Library is just one block away, as well as the Agora, is incredibly well located, the view is just priceless, despite the location it’s very quiet at night. Loved everything about it."

"When we first went into the room, we thought this is an average/under-average room (in terms of cleanliness and type of room). But that wasn't a big deal. I will say what the big deal was, and why I recommend no one stays at this horrific hotel. We left the room to go out, came back, and the door was opened...we had closed it of course when we went out. My mother and I go in the room to see if anyone is in it, and we went to check the bathroom, but the bathroom door was LOCKED. SOMEONE LOCKED...

"Nice single room — the bed is small but the room is spacious (with a super high ceiling!) As all the reviews say, the staff are lovely (and efficient.) One piece of feedback (not a complaint) - it would be nice to have a surface somewhere to keep some stuff. The desk (useful, with a great lamp) had various bits on it already (welcome drink and snack were a really nice touch), and there isn’t too much extra space around the sink so I struggled to find somewhere to keep a few bits out. "Ideal location. Great room with a balcony and a view of the Acropolis. Vaso at reception was a delight and very helpful with her tips on sights that are not on the usual list. Breakfast was a great variety ant the rooftop bar is the pick of the city. Will recommend highly and would definitely return. Paul and Lucy"

But the two main standouts were the unreal location (seemed perfectly central), and the extremely helpful and friendly staff - they were awesome. The square right in front of the hotel was basically always busy, which we thought was great..but if you want a quieter area, this might not be your jam. "The Pame House is a beautiful hotel - very updated and the roof has an amazing view of the Acropolis. The location is fantastic and the staff were so helpful during my stay. The only slight negative is that the area is quite busy at night and so there is a lot of street noise. It was off season so it was reasonably quiet and I wore a sleep mask with headphones to block out the noise so it was fine. It’s just something to be aware of but I would stay here again."
