"Very organic and dreamy experience. Beautiful location, beautiful room (chalet) on the beach just steps away from the ocean! Mario was very friendly, pleasant, and extremely helpful with recommendations and suggestions for activities and restaurants. I would give them 20 stars!!! This location is also about a ten minute walk on the beach to the world class Tulum ruins."

Also, we also had a blackout which lasted for hours and as a person who has health problems that is extremely unacceptable and when we spoke to management, they told us about 30...

We did a mother daughter trip and the gated hotel made my husband feel more at ease that we were traveling abroad…can’t wait to go back!!!!"

I was bitten by bugs throughout my stay and had to leave my vacation early because of it. The property is beautiful, but the poor cleanliness and lack of attention to guests ruined the experience.
