"When we arrived at the hotel we were told that they had not received payment from hotels.com. We could only check-in after paying again. Since we were tired after a long journey we paid for the room again. Now we a struggling to get a refund. The room was great. A bit noisy because it was next to a busy road with heavy trucks passing late at night. Staff are very friendly and helpful. "

Walking distance easily to the casino, safe and secured with a security gate that will even stop Uber drivers if they don’t have a proper reservation number to pick up someone from the hotel and just across the freeway from the mall. I will absolutely stay here again! I loved it. "

"I have known this property for many years and used to be very quiet with few rooms but now developed with many more rooms and staff but still keeps it's friendly charm. Lovely settings in quiet residential surroundings opposite the golf course. "

"One O Eight was the perfect stay. The room and property was spotless (the bath in the room was such a night treat), and the staff were all incredibly lovely. I opted for a hotel pickup from the airport as a solo female traveller and it was fairly priced and not much more than an Uber & I really enjoyed chatting with the lovely driver that collected me. The chef was so nice and made me a really lovely vegan meal for dinner and they packed me up a breakfast box for my early departure the next...

You're charging us more than what they want it means you Hotels.com are scammers you should stop this nonsense your doing. "Firstly, the location of the hotel is perfect! In very quiet suburb, but very close to the internationl airport, the mall/shopping complex and other convenient facilities. We had a very pleasant stay indeed! The rooms were clean and cozy! Service was excellent, and the owners were very friendly!! I would stay there again without any hasitation!"
