The pool area was great, the coffee bar and barista were great, our rooms were great, the shuttle was great but the lady at the front desk during the day may have been the most rude and unfriendly person I’ve ever met. She was just awful and completely unaccommodating and just RUDE!"

"This hotel was more than we expected. For being on Broadway and only a 6 minute walk to the main area, you couldn’t pick a better spot. Felt safe walking to and from each day/night. Breakfast wasn’t bad, service was perfectly fine. It was clean, elevators were nice and valet staff were great! We did not do the evening snacks , pool or fitness center, so I can’t comment on that. This was the best budget friendly place we could find that also seemed like it was decent. No regrets!! "

"One dissapointment after another! Check in time was 3:00 I arrived at ~4:00 room not ready. Went to get a bite to eat. Room still not ready! No hot water for hours! Peeling wall paper and ceiling paint. Leaking faucet damaged bath tub! Damp carpet in most of the room and a leaking window from a rain storm! In short, I need a full refund and an apology."
