The lobby was nicely designed and feels welcoming to lounge in. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated and had a modern feel. The only downside is parking fees, but that seems to be the norm in downtown cities these days. We would stay here again.

Beautiful new hotel! The most comfortable beds! Loved the mid-town location, Only complaints expensive valet parking which seems to be the norm in Nashville and no stay over service for multiple nights. We had to call to get fresh towels and coffee packs. Still would highly recommend this hotel!

This is a brand new hotel in midtown and so gorgeous and unique art work everywhere. The water refill stations were super convenient and a really nice amenity. The shower was incredible the bed was heavenly and staff were very kind. While broadway is about a 20 minute walk it’s still doable and only 8$ uber in slow times. A great stay and highly recommend.

The hotel was ok - it’s very new so clean and the lobby is pretty but it’s better to stay at the other location - tempo downtown (although the front desk there - guy named John was miserable too - this midtown location was out of the way and it’s not walkable to anything really - the front staff were not the most friendliest and not really helpful - I don’t think I would recommend this hotel

I enjoy the stay! The hotel it is nice and have a beautiful decoration, very clean! What I did not like it that I had to argue to get my keys on time. At checking in time I was told my room was not cleans and ready to me due a delay on the cleaning crew! I was not happy about that after traveling you expect get your room on the time agreed. In the end after talking to a manager we were accommodated with couples minutes of delay. But the stress and have to argue to get something that is your right it is kind something you don’t want to deal with when you are vacationing.

Excellent room--clean, fresh, perfectly accessorized. Some extra accommodation of our needs were given. The staff are guest- and quality-focused. Best hotel workout room I've ever been in (can get a real workout in it). The cafe served us breakfasts of appeal and excellent food quality. The location: out of this world for West End Nashville walks and fun. Vandy and Centennial Park, not far. We walked easily. Great value for the price. I wish I could offer any room for improvement for this enterprise--my feeling is the staff would welcome it--but can't find any. It'll be my go-to hotel in that part of Nashville.

The stay wasn’t bad by any means. The hotel was clean and staff were helpful- for the most part. I booked a king room and selected from available rooms in the Hilton App. However, once I arrived I was given a room with two queens. When I approached the front desk, I was told that there was an issue with all the king rooms and I got “upgraded” to this room. I’m sorry, but that’s not an upgrade. I went from a king bed on a corner to two queens a view into someone else’s room. I would’ve appreciated a heads up when I had checked in at least, but the lady running the front desk seemed pretty uninterested in having any further conversation with anyone. And how ALL of the king beds were not available when there was a bunch available 2 hours earlier? I find that hard to believe.

Our room was great and super clean. However, the staff at the front desk in the morning were rude and unprofessional. We extended our stay and needed to check back in and they called us at 9am. Check out is at 11 and check in is at 4. What was the rush to get my credit card number when I just stayed 3 nights without any problems. The female staff in the morning was very rude!!!! She snapped at my daughter telling her she gave her 2 keys when in fact she gave me 2 keys several hours prior. I will say the woman on the evening shift was amazing and very personable. I’m not sure I’ll stay there again.
