"Short one night stop over, arrived late at night, but that wasn’t a problem and we were greeted warmly on arrival. Room was spacious and had beautiful balcony overlooking front of hotel in bedroom and also bathroom. Pity we couldn’t have stayed longer. "

"Personeel is erg aardig, en probeert gelijk in oplossingen te denken. We waren er al om 10 uur eigenlijk konden we er pas om 14 uur in, maar na uurtje belde ze al dat onze kamer klaar stond. gezellige buurt met enorm veel restaurantjes en barretjes er is ontzettend veel bedrijvigheid. Maar je hoort er in het hotel niets van. We vonden de parkeergarage onder het hotel ook een erg fijne bijkomstigheid."
"Nice property and friendly staff, only problem was the stairs in some our room was awkward and rather steep so difficult to get up and down!
Our balcony door wasn’t great at shutting and needed a bit of strength to get it shut again so we didn’t bother using. The tram is across the road which takes you straight to Duomo/city centre which was handy, we arrived earlier than check in time but staff were helpful in letting us keep our luggage safe for us until we checked in, it’s also handy to note...

"This was an absolutely beautiful hotel and our room was outstanding. The bathroom was huge, as was the room. The design and layout was so well done. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was great. The cleaning staff left the room immaculate. We had a living room and a large table. Although we didn't spend much time in our room, it was great to have such a huge room. Down the street behind the wall was the river with lots of restaurants. Behind the hotel there was a great pizza place. ...
"Close to metro station and a Lidl. If you have lots of time you can also take bus.
Comfortable big pillows ang big kingbed. A bit difficult to shower since it’s a combined bathtub with shower. For an elderly without handrails and antislip mat it’s a bit scary. Nice view of the backgarden."
"We were very happy with the pleasant surprise brought by the reception, which was very welcoming, respectful, generous, and surprising. Not only was our check-in earlier, but we also received an upgrade to a huge, chic, modern apartment with a stunning view of Milan. Wow! "Beh che dire? Camera bella ampia e spaziosa, anche il bagno era comodo e mi ci sono trovato bene. L'unica cosa che il condizionatore perdeva un po' d'acqua perché mentre andavo in bagno sentivo gocciolare, per il resto poi tutto bene e sicuramente quando tornero da queste parti, riprenderò qua."
