The hotel offered a pleasant stay overall, with clean rooms and attentive staff. We did face an issue with the bathtub faucet, where the hot and cold water temperatures couldn’t be adjusted. The hotel team responded promptly and tried to resolve the problem, but once they determined it couldn’t be fixed quickly, they arranged a room for us on another floor. While this helped, the process added delays to our travel plans. Despite this inconvenience, the front‑desk staff remained responsive and helpful throughout, and the hotel’s cleanliness was consistently good.

Room was very old and falling apart. Tub faucet was continuously running and the carpet all around the AC and desk was wet. The last straw was ants in the bed. I first saw ants on the night stand then multiple in the bed. Went to the front desk and they switched my room. Other room was still very old and the bathroom was dirty but it was so late I had to get my child to bed. I would not stay there again.

Hotel sold us a larger size room that doesn't exist, then wouldn't refund the difference. The hotel also gave us a handicap accessible room with a roll-in shower when that wasn't requested and when room was booked at least 3 months in advance. I have a 6 and 8 year old and trying to navigate the tile floor that was covered with water in the bathroom was difficult and precarious at best. The single faucet in the room only had super hot scalding water when the shower was turned on and for several minutes thereafter until the faucet water would return to a more moderate/neutral temperature an hour or so after a shower was completed. Regardless, only hot or cold water came out of the bathroom sink faucet at any one time; both temperatures did not work at the same time in the single bathroom faucet. Hotel management working the front desk was incredibly rude and didn't want to take responsibility for the fact that they sold us a smaller room with defects and didn't give us what we paid for. Never would stay here again.

First the good: staff were friendly, the room was large bed was comfortable hotel was pretty quiet. Now the bad bathroom floor was dirty, hallways and elevator and carpet were dirty. Fitness room was dirty machines were not cleaned I was there for two days and same can of soda was still sitting at machine no anti/bacterial gel anywhere also on Sunday no cinnamon rolls and no yogurt.

I have stayed here 3 times on my way up to NH but I will never stay here again. I arrived to a room that wasn’t clean. The floors were dirty and the bed looked like someone had a good time in it. It was disgusting. I called the front desk, she came to see the room and said she can give me clean sheets and I can put them on myself, since she was the only one working at the time. I said absolutely not, I asked for another room she said she couldn’t do that because she didn’t have anymore rooms available in that price point. She offered me another room in a higher price point but I would have to pay the difference. Again I said absolutely not since this isn’t my fault. We went back and forth and she finally gave me another room for the same price I paid. But I still did not sleep comfortable after going through all of that. After a long car ride the last thing you want is to arrive to a dirty room.

Hot water was my biggest issue. Shower started off warm. A couple minutes in it went cold. Called front desk. Said manager would be in in 10 minutes and would address issue. But in the meantime let hot water run. Spouses shower was also cold. I skipped shaving because of water temp. On our way past front desk we were told manager doesn’t work weekends but she’d leave a note with our info for manager to call Monday. During breakfast I asked 2 other families if they had hot water. They also said they all took cold showers. I called Monday after not receiving any response. Still waiting for callback

Front desk staff were wonderful. Room was clean but there were problems with the shower. Water would get cold, then warm up, then hot and then cold again. It seemed to work better in the AM but not the PM. Also the water pressure wasn’t the best. Breakfast was ok. Pancake machine wasn’t working and fruit choices were limited. Parking looked fine but we didn’t have a car so I’m not sure if there were any issues.
