"We had a lovely spacious room with a comfortable bed, a bonus was the beautiful views of the river through the wide full height windows. Only downside was the lack of a cooked breakfast which is not available. There isn’t a table in the room so we had to sit on the single chair and blanket box to eat the cereals provided, not ideal when you want to fortify yourself for the SWCP walk. They also didn’t service the room which meant we had to wash the cereal bowls and cups in the bathroom sink...

Seaview is very limited in general from this property but lovely gardens make up for this. My father is in his 80s and managed ok, but to say this property is likely not ideal for those with mobility issues as there are lots of stairs and it's all built into a hillside. "The Anacapri Hotel in Falmouth is an absolute gem for a coastal getaway. The location is incredibly convenient, sitting just opposite Gyllyngvase Beach for instant seaside access, while still being a reasonable distance walk right into the town centre and harbour. Everything throughout the hotel was nice and clean, with rooms that made for a truly comfortable stay. It’s a fantastic, stress-free base that balances beautiful sea views with easy access to all of Falmouth's shops and restaurants!"

"Ugh, what a disaster! So, I booked this place for two nights, right? Get there, and the main door to the key lockbox is jammed shut. Called the host like fifteen times, and nada—no answer. Had to scramble to find another place 'cause my girlfriend's pregnant, and we couldn't just hang around. To top it off, they wouldn't give me a refund! Had to fight it through my bank. Seriously, avoid this place like the plague. No one answers, and it feels like a total scam. "
