"What a great hotel. Bed was comfortable and shower was perfect. Twin room was a little small for 2 people but we were only there for 2 nights, so it didn't effect us. We had the corner room which had a nice large balcony, which was great. The hotel is directly out front of the night market and a 2 minute walk to the main old town strip next to the river. Staff were also very friendly and arranged transport to and from Da Nang for a reasonable fee. Would highly recommend this hotel if staying...

"We loved our stay at Bonsai Villa. Great location - only a short walk from the old town across the bridge, but far quieter and plenty of options to eat within a few minutes walk. The hosts & staff were very friendly and helpful, including recommendations and transfer bookings. Great, tasty options for breakfast. And the pool was great, especially for the kids and after a busy morning / day. And rooms were spacious. Would highly recommend, especially for families."

Sam checked us in and with a map in hand asked us what we were looking to do in Hoi An. She then made suggestions and showed us the locations on the map. They also booked a car to take us to Hue when we departed. The breakfast was first class with many options, Asian and Western food, to choose from. "Miss Ten homestay is perfectly situated in Hoi An. It’s a minimal from the night market and all that Hoi An has to offer, yet it’s in a quiet area. Miss Ten is very attentive and is willing to help in any way. She scheduled a private car to take us to Hue, our next destination. She opens up her home and makes you feel as part of the family. "A beautiful family owned business who were extremely accommodating and had the warmest energy. Our room was an amazing size and the distance from the Homestay to the market was a leisurely stroll. The room was clean and provided fresh towels on a daily basis however, the air did have a sense of humidity within the room but this did not distract from the warm and generous spirit of the owners. The staff was always so friendly and ready to greet me when I return from a long day I spent five nights so I got to know many of the staff. The facility was clean my room was just the right size. I had a bedroom a sitting room and bath. The location was perfect as it was close to the river and all the shops in one direction. In the other direction or the Taylor shops, the lantern making shops and lots of good restaurants."
