"From the moment I arrived, Miss Ten was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. The shower was enclosed, which was a first for me in Vietnam. Water prices from the mini bar were good and she invited me for lunch with her and her family, which I had to decline, but it was a lovely offer. The location is excellent. There are bicycles you can take for a ride around the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An. "

"Tucked away from the noisy part of Hoi An, this is a very peaceful place. Beautiful old bonsai trees and a fish pond in the courtyard, which i had the view of during breakfast. Breakfast was made to order, so it was fresh and delicious. Staff were very kind and warm. "

He has lots of recommendations for the area. They do laundry on site, the property is clean and well cared for and they are always there for anything you need. A short walk to all the attractions. "A beautiful family owned business who were extremely accommodating and had the warmest energy. Our room was an amazing size and the distance from the Homestay to the market was a leisurely stroll. The room was clean and provided fresh towels on a daily basis however, the air did have a sense of humidity within the room but this did not distract from the warm and generous spirit of the owners.
