"The greeting at reception was extremely polite and friendly, the staff were polite and respectful of privacy and open to help in any way possible. Rooms were very clean and as was the rest of the property."
"Time we spent well there loved the views from the top floor, but as we started to settle in and actually take notice of the place the it was not clean properly, dished still had lip prints and hand prints on them, dishes, pots and cutlery was not washed up and cleaned properly, floor was making the bottom of our foot black not sure if they mopped, sheets had stains on them, curtains had dirt or mould on it, fans and lights dusty and looked like they haven’t been cleaned in ages. It’s not kids...

We had no car, and were able to leave our bags until our room was available due to our early arrival and was equally accommodating on having to leave. Our unit was within walking distance to many things - Castle Hill, Magnetic Island Ferry, museums and restaurants. "
