"The room was very well decorate, spacious, and clean. The staff was what made this a wonderful hotel. They went out of their way to make us feel right at home. They scheduled a taxi pickup and drop off from the airport, contacted a doctor to visit my sick daughter in the hotel, gave us advice on things to see in Tunis; plus many other things. The breakfast was fantastic. It is located in the medina and you can easily walk to all the sites. Definitely stay here if you visit Tunis."

"On our last night in Tunisia, we were supposed to be back at the hotel (picked by our operator) where we started the tour. However, we could not do it again. We wanted a hotel with actual amenities, working AC & not under renovation with filthy floors like the other.
