"The property was nice, but I was disappointed that they had no hot drinks in the family room. There was also no iron to use. When asked about iron was told that it was extra money for that at the laundry which was disappointing. Also think a spar would be good to have on site. They had a bar upstairs which you have to pay for drinks as well which no one used, which could be turned into a on site club. "

Day One Beach Resort & Spa - Adults Only

"I do not advise anyone to go there if you use hot water to shower as the water there is lukewarm. I stayed there three nights complained every day the answer was by the reception is that I am strange and shower with hot water and he argued that point. Room was very noisy at night as people like to chat outside the room. There is no sound insulation door side Otherwise the hotel is very nice. On the web site it says private pool. Make sure you ask as it it is not available when we got there"

"Chec in took a long time as money went out of my Account. Then came back to my account then went out again. Very annoying as this took a while. AC didn’t work not work. TV did not work Called staff to see to it. This took almost 40 minutes by the time they came. AC was rectified TV did NOT work so it was early to bed. I am asking the hotel for some compensation. Please note Staff Don’t speak English"

"Superb little boutique hotel with only 15 rooms. The greeting at reception from Ms Senim was really lovely and all the staff were helpful and very nice. The hotel has a truly calm and tranquil feeling. The indoor pool looks lovely for warmer weather with it's retracting roof. Location is great - a 20 mins gentle stroll into the town centre and 200m from the beach. We arrived as guests and left as friends. We will be back - thank you 🙏"

"Most wonderful experience at Ozgur Bey’ 14 day stay & everything was amazing! Breakfast rich & good variety of choice with eggs cooked to your choice each morning by lovely staff in kitchen. Rooms cleaned daily & front of hotel staff were very nice & helpful. Incredibly clean areas all around hotel , pool / spa area was not accessible at this time but look forward to returning here very soon, July. Absolutely recommend you to visit! Many Thanks to staff & of course beautiful owner !"
