This is our 2nd visit to Residence Ca’ Del Lago. We had a wonderful holiday and will stay there again. The hotel is looking down on Torri Del Benaco so giving us a lovely view of the town, Lake Garda and the castle & Harbour not to forget a view of the beautiful sunset every evening. We were lucky to be upgraded to the new spa rooms which are excellent. spacious and well equipped. Location is beautiful with stunning views high up over lake Garda and if you want to get away from it all, its ideal. Dining options were good but some staff were new, food was good but more every day options would be good for residents Could benefit from a social area, bar or similar Be prepared for a 20 minute mountain road drive to access the hotel and visit Gargnano

Just returned from a weeks stay at the Namia by Dori Hotel, Bardalino. The hotel is in a perfect location opposite a local park, very quiet and peaceful yet only a couple of minutes walk to the lakeside, with plenty of restaurants etc to choose from on the way. Some aspects of the property are a little dated. Staff were very helpful and also happy. Breakfast was very good with lots of different choices. We used the spa which although small was very good. The restaurant was very good and my wife and I both rated our meals as 5 star. Moniga del Garda is quite small but is very relaxing. If you want a little more life and better options for boat trips etc then you should consider staying at Dezenso del Garda.
