Chelsea Hotel, Toronto
Room was a bit cold, but I was given two blankets. I asked for a wine glass, but was told I needed to go downstairs and get my own. I chose this hotel to use the adult pool, and it was nowhere on the website that it was closes for renovations. Very noisy and rude neighbour woke me up with obscenities ...

One King West Hotel & Residence
Staff were so friendly and accommodating, clean rooms, amenities were nice, but the staff went above and beyond cannot stress it enough I will be coming back based on the great customer service alone
