"Asked for an earlier check in. Their's was 4:00 PM. The man working the front desk was polite enough but he just didn't care if we had to wait around until 4 to get a room. I totally get that they have to clean the rooms from the night before but his policy was as soon as ALL the rooms are clean ..."
