One King West Hotel & Residence
Excellent room. Male manager would not honour the extra food perk that was given by a female manager earlier on May 12 to make up for errors on check-in on May 11. He treated me like I was lying and obviously didn’t have any respect for me because I’m an older woman.

Cambridge Suites Toronto
The room was clean, good location and great breakfast. The property is getting older, as we noticed the cupboard to the fridge, the top hinge was off and in the bathroom, the flusher handle was broken but worked.
