"I had a party of 4 booked a suite with multiple beds. Called 2 days ahead to ask them to prepare the sofa bed for us with extra pillows and blankets. We checked in at 8 pm, 4 hours after the official check in time. The front desk told us a service guy would come to our room to set up the sofa bed. ..."

"The best part is the location of the hotel. 1 subway stop from Union Station or if the weather is nice, you can actually walk there from Union Station. The room is more like an apartment. It came with a stove, fridge, dish washer, microwave and coffee machine. You can actually buy groceries and cook. ..."
