"The night staff was so rude. There was no coffee in the lobby. They stood there while guests were filling their plastic water bottles with the lemon water and putting the top of the bottle where their mouth was on the tap and did nothing. Yuck completely unsanitary. The gate exiting parking was broken. ..."
