"there was no elevator for my handicap self and my sister on wheelchair .... the staff administator was rude because he had to help my sister on wheelchair push her up a ramp ... then the room had air conditioner that loud and noisy .... room was not vaccum as i seen dirt on the rugs ... did not stay ..."

"Last year we stayed at the Cambridge and it was a blast, this year not so much. Per exemple last year the breakfast area was closed for renovations and this year it opened, well lets say it was best when it was closed. The food quality was poor, we both took an apple juice which tasted like mold, ..."

"The photos on the site of the beautiful view of the city was for private events, the hotel staff said it wasn't for hotel guest. I paid all that money for a regular hotel stay. The other amenities close early, didn't get to enjoy my stay"
