"Terrible maintenance of the hotel. We stayed for 3nights and out of that two nights (1am and 2am) fire alarm went off. Entire building was evacuated in middle of night, kids and seniors suffered a lot. Both times it was a false alarm (June 30-July3 2026). Rooms were terribly small, two queen double ..."

"Shout out to the maintenance person who fixed the ac in my room during this heat wave. At first, it sounded like a jet engine and kept me awake all night. After the fix, it was super quiet and I slept like a baby."
