"I enjoyed our stay at this property, immensely. The managerial staff was attentitive and helpful (thank you, Francesca). The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities my family required. It was extra convenient having a grocery store and a cafe/bakery located adjacent to the lobby. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient were the lack of sidewalks, leading away from the facility. I was required to rent a car in order to navigate around the Santa Severa area. "Arrived early. Left my bag and came back at chech in time. The bag was brought to my room. Room was clean. Great sleep after a long travel day. Perfect start to day with a good breakfast and a cappuccino. The hostess was couteous and friendly. The desk staff here is excellent. Always stay here before a cruise."
