This hotel is very unique and peaceful. The staff were very helpful and great to work with. The property itself is amazing with so many pools and hot springs to enjoy. Lovely setting in secluded area that makes you feel like your in a health spa not just a hotel

The property is the perfect place to relax after a long trip. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are clean and the personnel were wonderful. Plan to wait a bit for a transfer. It was well worth it. A massage and dinner special for $89 euro per person and enjoy the pools and thermal springs.

The grounds are beautiful. The pools were clean and nice. The staff friendly and willing to help. There is no Uber/Lyft or taxi service. Wish we would have known this as we were relying on the train, the nearest train station is about 15 minutes away by car.

hotel had better times...

This hotel definitely had the best of its times many years ago. Rooms were clean but no more than standard in a 3 star hotel. SPA area was just a sauna and steam bath with rest room, there were a couple of pools, the ones in door not really clean, the outside ones way too cold (for April) to be called thermal water.

We booked one of the deluxe room which was spacious and beautiful. We had a beautiful terrasse which was unusable due to pigeon nest above. All the windows are protected with a net to avoid bird nesting which give a little bit of a prison effect to the hotel. Also, the room was not sound proof has we could hear our neighbors at night time, gardening & leaf blowers starting early and the cleaning lady trolley was making noise on the corridor. The grounds are beautiful and the restaurant was amazing (food, service and wine!) We did not try the pool / spa. They used plastic cup for breakfast drink which is cheese for a 4 stars and also not eco friendly. We had a very friendly welcome. We were tired of our trip and discuss the possibility to extend our stay by an extra night and the staff refused to give us the same rate at the previous night (week day) so the price was up to €175 for our room and we did not think it was worth it.

Poteva andare meglio

Location sicuramente piacevole e consigliata per chi necessita di riposo. Ho trovato poco corretto e poco intelligente se si vuole promuovere l'hotel, che nonostante fosse luglio non era particolarmente affollato, la richiesta di 25euro a persona per rimanere ad usufruire delle piscine dopo il check out (previsto alle 11), quando il check.in non puĂČ avvenire prima delle 14. Praticamente si perde mezza giornata di utilizzo e trattandosi di norma di soggiorni brevi, non mi pare ripeto nĂ© corretto nĂ© accattivante per un cliente che intenda tornare. La cosa piĂč negativa Ăš stata comunque il servizio. A parte un cameriere del ristorante abbastanza spigliato e simpatico, gli altri addetti non mi sono sembrati particolarmente empatici con i clienti in generale ed il servizio non mi Ăš sembrato da quattro stelle. Due esempi per tutti. La frutta terminata durante la colazione non Ăš stata riproposta, nonostante la presenza in sala di molti clienti e ad una persona celiaca non Ăš stato proposto nulla al di lĂ  di quanto esposto

Buon soggiorno. La piscina a mio avvisi dovrebbe essere contingentata in alcuni momenti si Ăš veramente in troppi. Peccato la colazione non nelle aspettative e non confrontabile con lo standing dell hotel.
