The room was updated and very clean. Air conditioner and heater was new and worked great. We walked to a little restaurant that was tucked away but close by and it was delicious and the atmosphere was very “local”. We loved it. I would stay here again for sure

The staff were very kind the place was clean but although we had our own bathroom it was down the hall in a shared location with other guests. There were three bathrooms down the same hallway. Ours was one of the three.

The hotel is centrally located near shops and restaurants and only a few minutes walk to the free post (cruise) shuttle bus. The room was immaculate with a full bathroom tea kettle and espresso machine. The host meets and even helped carry a small bag, sorry no elevator. The room included a few snacks tea bags cream, sugar and substitute as well as a few espresso pods. The Tv has English and Italian channels and WiFi is included. Perfect little place by the beach and port.

Amazing place. Especially if you need to go the cruise the next day. They arranged transportation for us from airport in Rome to the hotel for extra fee. And free shuttle to the pier in the morning. Hostess Ana is amazing. Definitely would stay there again. Very close to water front. And excellent dining options around

Very misleading description on Expedia! Stated second level, when actually third floor with no elevator. Big empty bedroom with very high ceilings, made climbing stairs more like five floors. With no on site staff, carrying luggage exhausting! Nice management staff, but would never stay again or refer to anyone

Excellent accommodation. We were very well received in Civitavecchia. The host/owner is very attentive and nice. It was a great room for a family. Very good location. The accommodation even included transportation to the ship/cruise.

Loved our stay here. Views from our windows were beautiful. Location was great!!! There were four of us, and we stayed in the double bedroom. We thought they would be within the same hotel room, but they were actually separated, even though they were next to each other. This was just a little awkward and unexpected. But we did enjoy our time here. Rooms were very clean. Check in was easy, and response from the staff was prompt, and very friendly.

Owner and staff made sure all details were taken care of to perfection. Wonderful old building, modern room that was very clean, great breakfast options and delicious coffee. Enjoyed walking around the area and saw many dining options. Loved our stay!

Very cozy and clean apartment. Only thing to note is that there is no elevator so if you have heavy luggages, you have to haul them up four flights of stairs. The Filipina lady who works there did help us. Bed is super comfy and walkable.
