Worst check in process I have ever seen. If you arrived early they wont even do any of the paperwork early. You have to come back at 3pm. Everyone checking in crowds up the tiny reception area and have to take a number and wait from 3pm. Then do all the paperwork after 3pm when your number comes up. Like a fish market. Won't get a room till way later. Such a pain. Could process the check in as people arrive, then give a key after 3pm to make it smoother for all the guest. Room itself was comfortable but after the horrible treatment at check-in I wont stay again. Breakfast is good but no cooked egg options, so if you don't eat raw eggs, they don't care to cook it for you.

Enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious enough for us to open 2 large suitcases fully. There wasn’t much to offer in the area but the subway station was nearby with elevators so we could roll our luggage easily when we arrived n when departing for Haneda, which was a direct train ride. It was very near Ginza without paying the Ginza hotel rate. Was a good and convenient last night stay before returning home.

Excellent service from the moment you walk in the door. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and not too bad in terms of space. They also have space for storage of bags after checkout as well as scales for weighing bags. With being located very close to subway and metro lines it’s a great option for all.
