We were looking for a place to stay in Tokyo for a few days prior to start visiting Japan. We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. It may not be the most luxurious but it was much better than anticipated. The location was fantastic, just beside lots of restaurants and stores. It was clean and quaint. Great stay overall.
This was a great short trip to Tokyo. The staff were excellent at check in, the generosity of amenities was exceptional. The room size was expected for Tokyo but it was clean, quiet and had even more amenities. Excellent stay.

Charming but Small
I really enjoyed the theming of the hotel. However, the room was very tiny - most of the floor was taken up by our suitcases. There was also some inappropriate content on the TV when we first entered, which was an unwelcome surprise. The location was great and I would stay in this area again.
We had an amazing romantic two week stay in this lovely hotel in the middle of the vibrating shinjuku district! Everything is nearby and public transpirt is right around the corner. Great place to stay with your partner when viditibg Tokio
We had a great time staying at this hotel. Although it is considered a love hotel, we felt it was safe and perfect for our purpose of traveling. There are lots of amenities including free water, alcohol, coffee, and cola. The area around the hotel is awesome…tons of dining options, close to trains and shopping, and a family mart across the street for anything else you may need.
Especially at this price point, the hotel is perfect. We also used the private bath which was a relaxing experience.
A really lovely hotel for couples, excellent bed, friendly staff, many free amenities, including snacks and drinks. Free jacuzzi available too.
Located within meters of an underground station connecting to 3 lines. Walking distance to Shinjuku station too. Lots of bars, shop around.
Great place to stay if you want a comfy bed and lots of amenities. The private non-reservable jacuzzi for hotel guests is super relaxing. Room is on the smaller size but that was not an issue, especially if you're out exploring Tokyo for a whole day and coming back to sleep and relax. Amenities bar had snacks, toiletries, ice, coffee, alcohol, etc... everything you need for your stay! Thanks for having us!
3 minute walk to the closest train station- 8 to the second. This hotel felt like an Oasis in the action of Tokyo’s street. The hotel is in a vibrant neighborhood, but we slept well in our quiet room. Lots of free amenities that made it an even more enjoyable stay. Thank you
This property was located in the heart of Shinjuku. It's close to Shinjuku JR from the airport and thw subway line is less than a block away. The rooms are small but very clean and have tons of extras including all the toiletries you may need for annovernight stay. The staff was helpful and the soaking tub was a wonderful treat. I highly recommend this property if you're a solo traveler or a couple travelling light. Highly Recommend!

The room is extremely small, I’m a medium person and the shower felt so tight. The room smelled like someone has just smoked there. I had to change the room at first because the toilet was dirty. The staff at least were nice. I would NOT stay here again.
Great location. Only good thing.
You must turn in key when leaving. This is terrible. Actually just plain frustrating.
Room was clean, but the air quality was garbage. My friend has slight asthma, and this room just ruined him. And I felt like crap too. We said I'd rather waste the money, and went to a different hotel, instantly felt better.
My husband and I really enjoyed this hotel. First of all the location is perfect. It so easy to get to the Metro line (3 minute walk) and this place is central to get many tourist destinations. Loved all the free toiletries provided. They have so many shampoo/conditioner to choose from. Provide you with all toiletries you can imagine ( even shoe cleaners and shoe deodorant).
Loved the Bath Spa room provided on the 4th floor. Not only was it relaxing after a long day to soak in but we used it to get ready in the morning too. The area the hotel is in is a nicer safer part of Shinjuku. Lots of restaurants around the area and we felt very safe here. For a love hotel i found this place to be super clean and a great value. The only draw back is the rooms are super small but very functional. Most hotel rooms are really small in Tokyo so this wasn't a deal breaker. We will definitely come back.

Although you can book rooms overnight and for extended periods, the rooms and facilities are designed for stays by the hour. It is one of a large chain of "love hotels", and so designed for amorous couples who come in with no baggage, needing only bathroom and beauty supplies, which the hotel offers in great variety. For travelers there is no room to open a suitcase or set a laptop on a desk. Not all rooms have a real bathroom; mine has a toilet room, tiny shower closet, and a sink in the entryway. But staff were helpful when I asked for an upgrade, once the request was made through a translation app.
